IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (THE
“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY, BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO DOWNLOAD OR USE ANY SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTATION, OR OTHER MATERIALS MADE AVAILABLE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
Terms and definitions
The Company, The Owner, The Licensor or ComExten Ltd. - shall mean the company ComExten Ltd., which is the only owner for all Software rights for the Software that is available through comexten.eu. The rights of the company are granted by the law, including right of property, exclusive author right as well as interest rights.
You, Licensee or Customer - shall mean you or the company you represent and granted you rights to bind to this agreement.
Agreement - the current license agreement between The Company and You
The Software - shall mean all themes, plugins, templates, modules, addons, extensions or any other software available on comexten.eu
Out of Date - used to mark versions of the current Agreement which have ceased to apply
License file - shall mean a file(or files),generated after completing an order. It shall serve as a license, granting rights to use the Software.
Domain, Domain name or URL - shall mean an identification string that represents the location(address) of a website on Internet. For example: http://nopcommerce.eu
WebSite - a collection of related web pages, including multimedia content, typically identified by a common domain name.
Use of the Website
By accessing comexten.eu, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood and agree (1) to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"); (2) that you have the right, authority, and capacity to abide by this Agreement; and (3) that you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning your access and use of the website.

If the Agreement has been changed the company is obliged to provide available and unmodified copy of each out of date version of the Agreement. Each out of date version of the Agreement will be marked with the term “Out of Date” and will contain a time-frame of when the Agreement has been in power.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by The Company. The Company may terminate these Terms without notice and at any time. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access this website and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to the Content (as defined herein) and the disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms shall survive termination. ComExten Ltd. shall also have the right without notice and at any time to terminate the Website or any portion thereof, or any products or services offered through the Website, or to terminate any individual's right to access or use the Website or any portion thereof.
Intellectual Property
All content that appears as part of this website (The Software products, The License files, text, graphics, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, audio clips, interfaces, logos, titles and names and collectively ("Intellectual Property") are the property of ComExten Ltd. The website as a whole and all Content and Intellectual Property are protected by copyright, trade dress, and trademark laws of the European Union and the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as international treaties, conventions and the laws of other countries, as applicable.
Exception is the content linked to or from an external source.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of the Intellectual Property of ComExten Ltd.
Unauthorized Use
With the exception of that information, which is in the public domain or for which you have been given express written permission, you may not use, reproduce, copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display, license, enter into a database, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, transfer, or sell any Intellectual Property obtained from or through this Website, in whole or in part. Any use of the Content, except as specifically provided in this Agreement, is strictly prohibited.
Free Installation
ComExten Ltd. provides free installation for all of its plugins. The plugins can be downloaded, installed and used freely. The Free installed plugins come with license a Trial type license.
License file
The License file determines how the Software is licensed. Depending on the type of the The license file grants you the rights to use the Software in a way described in this Agreement, with respect to the type of license.
Depending on the license type, the license file may contain information about the Software, the Licensor and the Licensee.

Trial License - the terms and conditions set out in this article apply only if you have obtained a Trial License for the Software of ComExten Ltd.
This is the most restricted license. It grants to you rights to use the Software in non-production and a non-commercial environment. The features of the Software might be partially supported and there might be limitations on the amount of data that The Software works with.
Single Domain License - the terms and conditions set out in this article apply only if you have purchased a single domain license for the Software of ComExten Ltd.
This license grants to you rights to use the Software in production and a commercial environment. The license allows you to use the Software only on one domain which the Software is licensed for. Using this license, all Software features are supported, and there are no restrictions on the amount of data that it works on.
Multi Domain License - the terms and conditions set forth in this article apply only if you have purchased a multi domain license for the Software of ComExten Ltd. They do not apply for Free License or Single Domain License.
This license grants you the rights to use the Software in production and commercial environment. The license allows The Customer to use the Software on multiple domains that The Customer owns. Using this license, all Software features are supported,and there are no restrictions on the type of data that it works with.
