Delivery policy
Delivery policy goes into effect when order is completed.
After completing the order the product will become available for download. The initial status of the order item(the bought product) is “Not Delivered”. After the product is downloaded the it will be marked as “Delivered” - does not matter whether it is downloaded partially or full.

Order cancellation policy
Order cancellation policy goes into effect when order status is completed.
Completed orders can be cancelled only if none of the products has been delivered. That is called “Full Order Cancellation”.
In case that one or more products(part of the order) are delivered then only the not delivered items can be cancelled. That is called “Partial Order Cancellation”.
Cancellation of whole order or part of it can be done in up to 14 days after completing the order. After that period any cancellation will not be possible.

Return policy
Return of Software products or License files is not accepted.
Replacement policy
Replacement policy may go in effect after delivering the item.
If the licensed delivered to the Client does not work properly then a new license will be delivered.

Refund policy
Refund policy may go in effect after:
Replacement policy is applied - In this case refund policy is triggered if the Client demonstrates that the Software does not work on the proper nopCommerce version, and with no other plugins installed.
In such cases ComExten Ltd. will provide a full refund on the value.
Cancellation policy is applied - In this case refund policy is triggered after Full Order Cancellation or Partial Order Cancellation.
In case of “Full Order Cancellation” ComExten Ltd. will provide a full refund on the value.
In case of “Partial Order Cancellation” the refunded value will be equal to the value of the cancelled items.
Additional costs charged by third parties (taxes, import fees etc.) for countries outside of the EU are not eligible for refund by our Company.
The refund will be received by the client within 30 days of refund policy going into effect.
